What kit do I need?
It’s really very simple. All you need is:
- exercise mat
- small hand weights (2-3kg)
- water bottle
- running shoes (not cross-trainers, walking shoes or MBTs)
In the winter we suggest you wear layers that you can put on or take off as you warm up and cool down. If it looks overcast bringing a waterproof to keep you dry.
You can purchase the exercise mat and hand weights at any local sport shop or even some larger supermarkets. To make it even easier, you can order a set on-line with us and pay as you register for a camp. Following camp registration you simply add items to your basket and pay at checkout.
Anything you purchase with us will be taken to your camp by your trainer so it is ready for you when you start.
