| It’s really very simple. All you need is an exercise mat, small hand weights (2-3kg), a water bottle, running shoes (not cross-trainers, walking shoes or MBTs) and a sense of adventure. And maybe a waterproof if it looks overcast. You can purchase hand weights at any local sport shop, perhaps your supermarket or you can order on-line with us and pay as you register for a camp. Following camp registration you simply add items to your basket and pay at check-out. For a more comprehensive range there are sports businesses that offer special incentives for our campers – contact us via enquiries for details. Save time, anything you buy with us will be taken to your camp by your trainer so it is ready for you when you start. |
