Terms & Conditions


Please carefully read through and familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before submitting your registration.

Full payment is due at the time of booking and bookings must be made no later than 1 week before the start of camp. If we do not receive payment by this date, we cannot guarantee your acceptance into camp. Late bookings taken after camp has started can only be taken by telephone.

Should you cancel your registration within 1 week before the start of camp, a £30 cancellation/admin fee will be charged and the balance refunded into your account or pro-rated to a future camp upon your instructions.

Should you cancel after the Friday before the camp start, no refunds or pro-rates will be granted.

If a full camp cannot be completed for whatever reason, no refunds or pro-rates will be granted.

Exceptions to points 3 and 4 above will be considered on an individual basis and only for those participants who experience unexpected injuries or illnesses during camp which prevent them from coming back for the remainder of the camp. An official doctor’s letter will be required in this case and the balance of the unused portion of camp will be pro-rated to a future camp less a £30 cancellation fee. This pro-rate is not transferable to a third party.

To ensure maximum benefit to our clients, Kate Staples Training Limited specifies a minimum class size of eight people for Adventure Boot Camps. Kate Staples Training Ltd reserves the right to reschedule camps where booked numbers do not reach this minimum number. Refunds or transfers to another camp will be given without an administration charge.
