There is something quite special about outdoor exercise, which you just cannot create in a gym environment. She hopes to inspire people to keep fit and enjoy exercising outdoors.
I really understand that it is not always simple, but a bit of exercise goes a long way. I have a sunny disposition and I will always bring that to my fitness sessions, because I love and believe in what I do.

So why not join our Fitness Camp at the Shepperton Cricket Club, with our trainer Tanya Pascall. The grounds are idyllic and secluded, based in the heart of Shepperton. You will energise your mind, recharge the body and have fun doing so! Get set for varied workouts that will include obstacle courses, short runs, drills along the river, strength training, core work, and up to date exercises and workouts that change daily and put you in the best shape of your life, all to upbeat music.
There is a great atmosphere and it is significantly different to the gym or indoor classes. We have access to the clubhouse changing and shower cubicles with plenty of free parking.

What can I say after struggling to have any enthusiasm for exercise I reluctantly went along to boot camp. Wow! Tanya is a real motivator and really knowledgeable being able to tailor the exercises even when injured so there’s no excuse!! Always have a great laugh and feel re energised and motivated to do more. Love it!
