About Adventure fitness camp UK for women
Adventure Fitness Camp is a five week outdoor fitness programme for women (1,2, 4 days per week ).  As a camper you will be inspired and have fun whilst participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Adventure Fitness Camp Trainers.  You will be motivated to push to your personal best, but not more than you are capable of.  Each day, camp will be 45 minutes in length either in the morning or evening depending on which cap you choose to do.

How often will we meet? 
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for 45 mins during the five week program (20 sessions). or twice a week for ten weeks during the school term.

What exercises will we do?

Exercises include core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, skipping, circuit training, hiking, fitness kick boxing, Pilates, sports drills, obstacle courses, mat work, games, surprises and more!  Exercises target specific areas that women need to work on.  We make use of the natural environment and every day is different!

What do I need to bring? 
An exercise mat, small hand weights 1-3 kilos, water bottle, running shoes. You can purchase hand weights in most sport shops or supermarkets.

What can I achieve from camp? 

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your bottom and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. You will also meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

What is the cost (investment to myself)
Each camp offers you twenty hours of personal instruction.  Personal trainers can typically charge £40.00 per hour for their services but with AFC you can receive premier, cutting edge fitness instruction by certified trainers for just a fraction of the cost.

What Adventure bootcamp is NOT:

A militaristic style format where you will be humiliated or shouted at. A competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities. Once again, this is a friendly, fun environment where everyone works to the best of there ability.
