Join Kate & Daley on their exclusive retreat from 5-8 November 2009, when they will be joined by Olympian Nick Buckfield and a group of Adventure Boot Camp aficionados at an exclusive fitness retreat at the exclusive Five Star La Manga Club in Murcia Spain.

The retreat runs from 5-8 November 2009. Cost is £650 and includes accommodation, half board and sports massage   (excludes flights, transfers and Spa treatments).

From Thursday to Sunday, the retreat is a unique opportunity for just 20 campers to step up a level for an in-depth and intimate experience of the ways women can improve their total well-being, and, just like the UK adventure fitness camps, they’re designed to be fun.Two daily sessions in hiking, yoga, kayaking and beach work will be balanced with an individual sports massage, spa treatments and wellness master-classses in Nutrition, Tai Chi and Pilates.

Located in the beautiful five star Hotel Club Príncipe Felipe, all meals taken at the hotel will be specially designed by our resident nutritionist to maximise the benefits of fresh air and outdoor exercise to ensure that you return relaxed and ready for anything.
