Joined by Olympian Nick Buckfield and some of our top trainers they’ll be helping you step up a fitness level in exclusive holiday destinations.

In November get inspired with us at the beautiful Le Sport resort in St Lucia to round off the season
These away camps are a unique health break which will help you refresh your mind and body in a fantastic holiday setting.
They provide an in-depth and intimate experience of the ways to improve your total well-being, and, just like our UK adventure fitness camps, they’re designed to be fun.
Daily sessions in hiking, yoga, kayaking and beach work will be balanced with an individual sports massage, spa treatments and wellness masterclasses in Nutrition, Tai Chi and Pilates.
