Prepare to fall in love with exercise all over again! These uplifting sessions held at Old Reigatians rugby club have great camaraderie and women return camp after camp.

Run by our fun and energetic trainer Paul Murray, no session is ever the same. Paul will work you hard - make no mistake! But the results you'll achieve will astound you. Plus, the time will zip by before you know it. You'll make new friends too - the group is very welcoming.

Morning sessions are based in Geoffrey Knight Fields, this is a new location for a fantastic workout.

N.B. to qualify for Student/Discounted rate, student cards or relevant membership cards must be shown on attendance. Corporate rate available for companies with six or more campers only.

10 sessions must be used within 60 days, 20 sessions must be used within 90 days, 30 sessions must be used within 120 days.
