What a way to wake up in the morning! Not only beautiful views to clear the cobwebs but a blend of strength training, abs, short distance running  all make up part of this fitness adventure. Run by our experienced and enthusiastic trainer Claire this session is energising and no two sessions are the same.

We have access to various football size fields, hills and benches, which all make for a great and varied workout.

To meet we park in the school car park and meet at the bottom of the bridge steps, we then walk across the bridge to the schools playing fields.

Pay by Session

N.B. to qualify for Student/Discounted rate, student cards or relevant membership cards must be shown on attendance. Corporate rate available for companies with six or more campers only.

10 sessions must be used within 60 days, 20 sessions must be used within 90 days, 30 sessions must be used within 120 days.
