What a way to wake up in the morning! Not only beautiful views to clear the cobwebs but a blend of strength training, abs, short distance running and hiking at Box Hill all make up part of this fitness adventure. Run by our experienced and enthusiastic trainer Brian this session is energising and no two sessions are the same.

We have access to various football size fields, hills and benches, which all make for a great and varied workout.

To meet, we park at the school and walk over to the fields across the street.

The last session of the camp will be a hike up Box Hill...followed by coffee on us!!
