Daley's Athletic Academy @ ACS Cobham

This is Daley Thompson's Athletic Academy for children ages 7-12. It will be held at ACS Cobham International School. The 128-acre ACS Cobham campus has the best range of quality sports facilities of any international school in Europe, including soccer and rugby fields, softball and baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a six-hole golf course and an all-weather Olympic-sized track, which is where we will meet. This course will help children learn the different disciplines of athletics.

Sessions will cover feet movement drills,running drills,sprints,endurance running,Hurdles,throwing/shot put/discus/javelin,high jump,long jump,Relays and games.
