Set in the picturesque surroundings of Oxshott Village Sports Club (OVSC) we’ve got the freedom to explore fun and challenging exercises and routines, keeping each session fresh and dynamic. From ‘adventure days’ in the woods to serene stretching on the field, this camp caters for all levels and abilities. The support from fellow campers inspires you to achieve your goals as the health-giving fresh air rejuvenates your mind and body. The camp is run by our enthusiastic and dedicated trainer Samantha Teague, who encourages enjoyment and fulfilment for each lady, whether you’re a returning customer or new to the sessions. Samantha works at toning your body, developing core stability and building strength. She incorporates interval training, short runs, obstacle courses and resistance work, paired with dumbbells, resistance bands, skipping ropes, and the natural surrounding (benches, logs, hills, and steps) to allow you to achieve all round body fitness. Sessions go so fast with Samantha, it is energizing all the way. There’s plenty of free parking and changing rooms with showers are available at OVSC. Mondays and Fridays we meet on the cricket pitch at OVSC and on Wednesdays we meet just around the corner, in the car park of The Personal Training Centre on Oakshade Road. Indoor facilities are available if need be.
