No complex equipment, expensive gyms or fads.
It’s really very simple. All you need is:
- exercise mat
- small hand weights (2-3kg)
- water bottle
- running shoes (not cross-trainers, walking shoes or MBTs)
In the winter we suggest you wear layers that you can put on or take off as you warm up and cool down. If it looks overcast bringing a waterproof to keep you dry.
We also suggest that you do complement camp with the right nutrition. Your trainer can help you here so do ask them questions. We’ve also an online nutrition guide to help you get on the right track.
You can buy the exercise mat and hand weights at any local sport shop or even some larger supermarkets. To make it even easier, we will shortly be offering you the opportunity to buy a set on-line with us and pay as you register for a camp. Following camp registration you will simply add items to your basket and pay at checkout. We will let you know as soon as this is possible.
Anything you purchase with us will be taken to your camp by your trainer so it is ready for you when you start.
