Life changing fitness programmes for both adults and children: Adult programme designed to revitalise, motivate and assist weight-loss, Kids’ programme designed to deliver fun, fundamental movement skills and fitness improvement. In La Manga Club, Spain this July and August.

1) Adult fitness programme

Get the ultimate holiday health tonic with this total body transformation programme for all fitness levels, sizes and ages from Adventure Fitness. Lose pounds and build tone while you strengthen body and mind for just one hour of dynamic training a day with world class trainers former Gladiator Kate Staples and Olympic Pole-vaulter Nick Buckfield, all to fantastic music. This programme is designed to burn fat fast, create lean muscle and give you a new lease of life!

Camps include a fusion of:

  • Obstacle courses
  • Short distance running
  • Power Yoga
  • Hiking
  • Games

Camps run from Monday through to Friday from  8.30-9.30am

Adventure Hikes will also run throughout the week Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.15am – 8.15am

2) Adventure Athletics Academy for Kids

(Kids camp – Monday 22nd July – Friday 16th August)

Adventure Fitness Camp has brought their kids’ Adventure Athletics Academies to La Manga:  one hour a day of fun athletics training, sports drills and games for 7 – 12 year olds of any ability. This is a fun-packed five day programme of games, movement, relays and fitness improvement. Run by Olympian pole vaulter Nick Buckfield and Kate Staples ex- Gladiator and British and Commonwealth record holder in the pole vault, the children get the very best in athletic coaching and structured sports, with the emphasis on groupwork and creating as much fun as possible.

Camp includes:

  • Running techniques
  • Sprint Starts
  • Endurance development
  • Hurdles
  • Jumping activities
  • Throwing skills
  • Basic technical aspects of athletics
