Together, Kate and Daley have tailored and expanded the successful US programme to offer an even more holistic approach that is ideal for women in the UK. Surrounded by nature and supported by your fellow boot campers, this is the 21st century way to work out successfully. It is becoming increasingly accepted that outdoor exercise really does benefit both body and spirit. There’s nothing that really compares to the original Adventure Boot Camp. |
Boot Camp has been designed as a five-day programme but, for those with extra-busy lifestyles, three or four -day programmes are available. Not surprisingly, the best results will come from the four-week daily boot camp. We’re not saying that you won’t get results from the shorter programmes (you most definitely will!), but just think how you could be with even more sessions…… |
